Technical Project Manager – Global FSS Transformation

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of global FSS transformation programs, including ERP implementations and consolidations.
• Manage end-to-end integration of finance systems and enterprise applications within complex enterprise landscapes.
• Oversee data migration, legacy system decommissioning, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Drive automation initiatives using RPA, OCR, and AI/ML to improve finance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with data teams to enable reporting pipelines, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, release management, go-live, and hypercare.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and system integrators in a global, matrixed environment.
• Lead UAT, integration testing, and parallel runs ensuring readiness and control compliance (SOX, ITGC).
• Partner with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise transformation programs.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Shared Services (FSS), Global Business Services (GBS), or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes: R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and enterprise integrations.
• Hands‑on experience in data migration, system integration, and large‑scale implementations.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and third‑party vendors.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGC).
