Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Blue Yonder Wms Service Delivery Manager (Sdm) for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location.

• Service Delivery Management:
  Oversee the daily availability, performance, and stability of the Blue Yonder Wms.
• Ensure all IT service level agreements (Slas) are met.
• Incident & Escalation Management:
  Lead root-cause analysis and resolve system outages, user bottlenecks, and critical operational escalations
• Vendor & Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations teams, IT support staff, and third-party vendors.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify operational pain points and translate them into configuration changes or enhancements using standard Blue Yonder Wms functionalities
• Manage, mentor, and mentor a team of Wms analysts, super users, and technical leads.

  15+ Years of Experience

• 8+ years working with Blue Yonder (Jda) Wms
• Experience leading Wms production support, service delivery, or managed services
• Proven experience managing warehouse application support teams and stakeholders
