Project Lead 2 – Responsibilities
  • Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
  • Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill And Experience
  • Experience in Agile delivery, program management, or software engineering roles.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or RTE facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving delivery across multiple teams.
  • Experience in SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent SAFe certification;
    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience in facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, and System Demos across multiple Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment managing cross‑team dependencies and program‑level risks.
Preferred Skill And Experience
  • Experience in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) as an RTE or senior Scrum Master.
  • Experience in facilitating PI Planning events, managing program backlogs, tracking team velocity, and driving ART‑level metrics and OKRs.
  • Experience in identifying, tracking, and resolving cross‑team dependencies, impediments, and program‑level risks to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
  • Working closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to align program vision, roadmap, and priorities across ARTs.
  • Experience in driving Dev Ops and CI/CD adoption within Agile teams using tools such as Git Lab, Jenkins, or Azure Dev Ops to improve delivery flow and deployment frequency.
  • Experience in financial services, mortgage, or regulated industry domains is strongly preferred including familiarity with compliance‑driven delivery and audit requirements.
  • Strong experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure Dev Ops for backlog management, sprint tracking, and program‑level reporting.
  • Experience with lean portfolio management, capacity planning, and value stream mapping at the enterprise level preferred.
  • Familiarity with change management practices and driving Agile transformation initiatives across large organizations preferred.
  • Strong ability to facilitate conflict resolution, foster team collaboration, and maintain a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement.
