Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience mentoring development teams on AWS best practices and architectural patterns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience in designing and architecting enterprise cloud solutions that balance security, scalability, performance, and cost‑efficiency
• Agile‑Scrum‑Sprint ceremonies; PM; JIRA;

• Technical:
  One of the following data engineering areas:
  Data Warehouse or Business Intelligence or Big Data or Data Analytics or Visualizations or Master Data Management projects
• Cloud experience: PCF/AWS/Azure/Google platforms and microservices architecture
• Experience in making design and technical decisions for native mobile applications
• Knowledge of writing ADA compliant code
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Dev Ops pipeline
• Coordinating with back‑end developers in building RESTful APIs
• Coordinating with UX designers for UX design clarification
• Coordinating business analysts, QA and product owners for requirement clarification and QA support

• Agile (Scrum) ceremonies (grooming, planning, stand‑up, demo, retro)
• Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, etc.
• Use of Agile management tools e.g. JIRA
• CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous deployment) and associated tools such as Git Hub and Jenkins
• Microservices architecture experience in cloud environments such as PCF or AWS/Azure
• Computer science graduate (Bachelor/Master) with experience in programming and web/mobile development
• Program management experience handling different scenarios such as environment or scope changes
• Experience managing web/mobile (Android/iOS) development projects

• Creates mechanisms, standards, and predictable procedures for TPM and scrum team execution, simplifying and improving process controls
• Clear, concise, timely, and accurate communication (both written and verbal) with the right audience to drive business and technical discussions
• Effective end‑to‑end delivery of projects and programs, ensuring the right plans, connections, actions, and technical solutions are delivered with quality, mitigating risks and balancing short‑term decisions with long‑term consequences
• Depth of business, operations, systems, and technical operations domain knowledge
• Degree to define business problems, requirements, technology, and delivery plans, and level of independence
• Build consensus, secure commitments, and negotiate positive outcomes on engineering processes, team alignment, and delivery across client teams, influencing product, project, and/or program strategy, design approaches, architecture, team, and organization
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product roadmaps
• Address bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade‑offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
• Partner with multiple teams across multiple locations with varying priorities to ensure timely delivery of products or solutions
• Clarify and drive project commitments, establishing and maintaining clear chains of accountability
• Coordinate with cross‑discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
• Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget
• Analyze business situations and create processes

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
