Incident Manager and Azure Platform Engineer (hybrid)

Hybrid position open to qualified applicants in the United States. Must be local to Plano, Texas or be open to relocation.

• The Incident Manager oversees the entire incident response process, ensuring that incidents are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact during an incident, facilitating communication between different teams and stakeholders.
• Guide the incident to a quick and complete resolution, managing resources, plans, and communications involved in the process.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and implement safeguards to prevent future incidents.
• Provide administration support for the Azure services in the EDH platform.
• Serve as point of contact for infrastructure triages and all types of issues.
• Maintain and monitor existing Azure infrastructure and workloads to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure the security, performance, reliability, and scalability of Azure applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts to automate the deployment and management of resources.
• Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and operate the continuous delivery framework and tools.
• Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide necessary infrastructure support.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $133,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
