SAP S4 Finance Solution Architect

Introduction

NTT DATA’s Client is seeking a SAP S4 Finance Solution Architect. Our SAP S/4 HANA Implementation FI/CO Solution Architect will lead and support finance teams chartered with the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA on RISE version 2025. Finance scope includes S/4 HANA FICO, TRM, Cash Management, FSCM, Blackline, PS, and integration with One Source.

This is a client‑facing role requiring strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Manage the implementation of all finance items in scope with the teams reporting into this role.
• Ensure the client fully understands SAP Best Practices and how these support their business.
• Run design workshops smoothly, identify requirements and gaps, and document solutions for gaps.
• Ensure teams demonstrate SAP Best Practice capabilities effectively and address any customer questions.
• Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and guide the teams in system set‑ups to meet customer requirements.
• Review functional specifications created by the teams.

• Strong consulting and communication skills; able to collaborate with senior director level resources on the client side.
• Strong understanding of integration between FICO and PS with SD, MM, PP, and PM.
• Life Science implementation experience (GxP compliance) highly desired but not mandatory.

• 15+ years of experience implementing SAP.
• 5+ end‑to‑end implementations of SAP, of which at least 3 recent (since 2020) implementations for S/4 HANA in a leading role.

Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proven team leadership skills.

The starting pay range for this remote role is $100–$130 hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all U.S. locations.
