We're seeking a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Specialist to help increase brand visibility across AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Perplexity. This is a unique opportunity to help shape an emerging marketing discipline focused on how brands are surfaced and cited in AI-generated answers.

This role is ideal for a digital marketer with 3–4 years of experience who combines strong SEO knowledge with digital content creation experience. You'll work across website content, AI search optimization, and off-site visibility initiatives to improve discoverability in both traditional and generative search environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize website content within Contentful CMS to improve visibility in search engines and AI-generated responses.
• Enhance content structure, metadata, FAQs, internal linking, and schema markup to support AI discoverability.
• Conduct keyword research and content optimization activities for SEO and GEO initiatives.
• Monitor AI search visibility, brand citations, and content performance using analytics and SEO tools.
• Support off-site visibility efforts through community engagement, social media content, and industry publisher outreach.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand presence across AI platforms and evolving search experiences.
• Stay informed on emerging AI search trends and generative search best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with Contentful or a similar CMS platform.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and website best practices.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI search, GEO, AEO, or large language models is a plus.
• Strong written communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills.
