Business Analyst-Project Manager

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in Noetics implementations, leveraging your expertise to optimize business processes and enhance client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing core modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and Project Management.
• Conducting requirement gathering, gap analysis, and configuring Noetics to meet client needs.
• Designing solutions and implementing customizations to tailor Noetics to specific client requirements.
• Developing functional specifications, documentation, training guides, and custom modules.
• Implementing best practices for Noetics implementations, change management, and user adoption.
• Engaging with stakeholders, delivering presentations, and providing consultative support.

Candidates for this role should have a proven track record of success in SaaS implementations or a thorough understanding of office equipment company operations. Individuals who possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply. Individuals must currently reside in the United States.
