Overview
Mobolutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive SAP PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of enterprise SAP implementation and transformation projects. This role combines traditional Project Coordinator responsibilities with a strong focus on Project Management Office (PMO) governance, reporting, planning, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting SAP projects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment alongside project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Support PMO governance, reporting, planning, and stakeholder coordination for SAP implementation and transformation projects.
- Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, project schedules, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized project artifacts and assist with risk and issue management as part of project control.
- Experience working in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management role.
- Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle (ASAP, Activate, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies).
- Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, project schedules, and meeting documentation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4
HANA, SAP BRIM, FICO, MM, SD, or other SAP functional implementations. - Exposure to PMO governance and project portfolio reporting.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working in an SAP consulting or system integrator environment is highly desirable.
