- Location: Plano, TX
- Pay Rate: $40 per hour
- Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Mon-Fri)
- Collaborate with Lab Operations and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced functionalities within the Lab Vantage LIMS platform.
- Partner with local and global stakeholders to gather business and laboratory requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials, including user guides and documentation.
- Create instructional training videos to support onboarding and continuous system learning.
- Conduct training sessions for users on Lab Vantage LIMS, ELN, and LES functionalities.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, including test script creation, execution, and documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Lab Vantage LIMS.
- Working knowledge of Lab Vantage ELN and LES modules.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of analytical chemistry laboratory workflows and their integration with LIMS systems.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or similar application lifecycle management tools.
- Experience in delivering or supporting system training within laboratory environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Apps suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Basic coding or scripting experience supporting laboratory or enterprise systems.
