Overview

Production Support Specialist (Informatica ETL & Hadoop) for Plano, TX. Level 2 production support role focusing on daily production support for batch applications, ensuring timely incident resolution and stability of the production environment.

• Provide application support for production environments.
• Debug and fix production issues by analyzing Shell/Hive scripts, Informatica workflows, and SQLs.
• Monitor batch jobs and handle job failures within established timelines.
• Monitor daily data load jobs, application and server logs.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Participate in high-priority incident triage calls (including DB/server issues, batch job issues, client/regulatory reporting issues, or network issues).
• Collaborate with team members and support partners located in multiple geographical locations.

Experience:

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on factors including location, skills, and experience.
