Dev Ops Engineer – Remote/Hybrid
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing Dev Ops engineering team.
- Automate and manage cloud deployments using Terraform and Ansible.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
- Maintain complex cloud operations for micro‑service based platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Define and evolve technical strategy, architecture, and standards for automation, platform engineering and modern software delivery.
- Investigate and solve complex production incidents and system performance issues.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Experience designing and operating micro‑service architectures.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Location:
Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Salary: $160,000 yearly (remote and hybrid options are available).
