Technical Scrum Master Onsite in Plano, TX W2

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the Banking or Financial Services domain
. The successful candidate will work with cross‑functional teams to drive Agile practices and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality banking applications and services. You will be a key player in fostering an Agile culture and optimizing the performance of Scrum teams within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for banking and financial service application teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well‑groomed and prioritized backlog aligned with banking product goals.
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery of compliance‑driven and high‑security applications.
• Coach and mentor Agile team members, focusing on continuous delivery and Agile maturity.
• Track team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and report progress to banking stakeholders and program managers.
• Act as a Scrum advocate while collaborating with other Agile teams working on core banking, digital banking, or payments platforms.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements common to the BFSI sector.
• Coordinate with Dev Ops and QA teams to integrate Agile testing and CI/CD practices.
• Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, or digital banking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and servant leadership skills.

• Experience working with Regulatory and Compliance teams (e.g., PCI‑DSS, RBI guidelines).
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and cloud‑based banking platforms.
• Prior experience working with distributed Agile teams.
