Business Product Manager – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) About the Role
Are you passionate about Salesforce
, product strategy
, and transforming banking experiences? We’re looking for a Business Product Manager – Salesforce FSC to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform and drive innovation across lending, customer relationships, and service delivery
.
You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology
, shaping the product vision while ensuring solutions align with regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Own and drive the Salesforce FSC product vision & strategy
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned to business goals
- Serve as the SME for FSC
, including:- Person Accounts
- Households & relationship groups
- Financial Accounts (loans, deposits, investments)
- Partner with stakeholders across Retail, Commercial, Treasury, Operations & IT
- Lead Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, user stories)
- Collaborate with developers to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
- Track KPIs like user adoption, efficiency, and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement in lending & customer processes
- Act as a trusted advisor between business & technical teams
- Influence roadmap, adoption, and change management efforts
- Support and mentor Business Analysts (as needed)
- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards
- 3–5 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles
- 3–5 years working with Salesforce (FSC strongly preferred)
- Experience in banking / financial services (lending preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with nCino, Snowflake, Azure Dev Ops
- Knowledge of banking regulations & loan servicing
