We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Specialist I to join our team. This role is ideal for someone wanting to grow their career and knowledge base in a fast pace and quickly expanding environment. The ideal candidate must have strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience managing Microsoft 365 environments while providing high-quality end-user support.
Experience RequiredMinimum 5 years of hands‑on IT support experience
Key Responsibilities- Provide all tier 1-2 helpdesk support for users across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Participate in on‑call rotation.
- Administer and manage median level Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Entra /Azure AD).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and security policies.
- Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot email, authentication, and collaboration platform issues.
- Work with ticketing systems and IT management tools.
- Assist with endpoint management, patching, and device compliance.
- Maintain documentation surrounding support and IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments including Microsoft 365, Entra Exchange administration.
- Experience with Intune policies and included features.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi).
- Experience with common IT support tools, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and oral/written communication skills.
- Some Power Shell Scripting experience.
- Microsoft M365 or CompTIA certifications a plus.
- Experience with Azure virtualization a plus.
