Innovation Technology Manager

Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced Innovation Technology Manager for a growing technology and innovation team. This leadership role blends engineering management, product ownership, client consulting, and emerging technology. You'll lead a small team of software engineers while partnering with clients to scope, design, and deliver innovative digital products, applications, and interactive experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of junior software engineers.
Partner with clients to understand business needs and recommend technology solutions.
Scope technical projects, define delivery plans, and oversee execution from concept through launch.
Serve as the bridge between clients, product teams, and engineering.
Own product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs.
Review technical architecture and guide engineering best practices.
Collaborate on innovative projects involving AI integrations, interactive web applications, mobile technologies, and emerging digital experiences.
Drive multiple fast-paced projects while ensuring quality delivery.

Qualifications:

8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years leading technical teams.
Strong background in modern technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
Experience owning product roadmaps and leading technical project delivery.
Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience in a digital agency, creative technology, consulting, or product development environment is highly preferred.
Exposure to AI, WebGL, WebXR, mobile applications, or interactive technologies is a plus.
