Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure support sector, is seeking a Production / Technical Support III to join their team. As a Production / Technical Support III, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the Application Monitoring and Infrastructure Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Responsibilities- Administer, support, and optimize the Dynatrace monitoring platform to ensure high availability and performance of application and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade One Agent and Active Gate components, maintaining smooth operation across Linux and Windows servers.
- Monitor the health and performance of the Dynatrace environment, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams to onboard new services and enhance monitoring coverage.
- Configure custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitors, and management zones to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Dynatrace or similar Application Performance Monitoring (APM) platforms such as App Dynamics or New Relic.
- Strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture, including One Agent, Active Gate, and Cluster components.
- Experience deploying and managing monitoring agents on Linux and Windows servers.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
