What You'll Do
* Transform business challenges into data-driven solutions
* Develop predictive models, dashboards, and reporting tools
* Apply AI and machine learning to improve operations and decision-making
* Partner with business and technology teams to optimize processes
* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
* Help shape data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices

What We're Looking For
* 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
* Strong skills in
** Python
* * and
** SQL
* ** Experience with
** AI/Machine Learning
** solutions* Experience working with
** cloud-based data platforms
*** Data modeling and data warehouse experience
* Ability to translate complex business needs into analytical solutions
* Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership

Preferred Experience
* Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, or similar platforms
* Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
* Predictive analytics and process optimization
* Leadership or mentoring experience
