- Workday HCM, you will be part of the IT Operations supporting the HR and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Plano, TX & Chandler AZ
What's the Job?- Perform day-to-day production support for Workday HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management
- Manage incident and problem resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
- Configure and update Workday business processes based on organizational and compliance changes
- Support security administration, including user access control and role-based security assignments
- 7+ years of IT experience in production support, with a focus on Workday HCM modules
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Workday business processes, workflows, and security configurations
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, web services, and APIs
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy or Jira and monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
