Key Responsibilities:

• HM Notes:
• Certification is preferred
• Biggest challenge is candidate did not have Service Now hand experience in last 3 years; they need hands on recent projects.
• 5 to 7 years and consistent with ATF testing without certification will work
• 1 or 2 years of experience with Service Now ATF with certification will also work
• Technical Assessment on ATF is mandatory
• JavaScript or Java

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Must have skills: QA, Automation, Service Now ATF
• 5–8 years of QA.
• 3 years of hands-on Service Now ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC).
• Strong automation experience (Selenium)
• Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows.
• Hands-on with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules.
• 3 years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• 2 years' experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management
• Proficient in identifying automation opportunities within the Service Now ecosystem.
