Cloud Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to support application teams across AWS and Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cloud platform operations, infrastructure automation, CI/CD implementation, operational excellence, and AI-driven automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Platform Operations:
  Support applications hosted on AWS and Azure. (GCP knowledge is nice to have)
• Support cloud resource provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and optimization. Infrastructure as Code & Automation:
  Develop, maintain, and enhance Terraform modules and infrastructure deployments.
• Build and maintain automation solutions using Python.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks to reduce manual operational tasks.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, compliance checks, and remediation workflows.
• Dev Ops & CI/CD:
  Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions (preferable), Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or similar technologies.
• Documentation:
  Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, operational procedures, and automation assets.
• AI Driven Automation:
  Leverage Agentic AI and modern AI technologies to automate operational workflows and support processes. Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate script creation, optimization, and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities to apply AI-powered agents for cloud operations, incident management, monitoring analysis, and platform support.
