Cloud Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to support application teams across AWS and Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cloud platform operations, infrastructure automation, CI/CD implementation, operational excellence, and AI-driven automation initiatives.

• 1.7 years of experience supporting enterprise cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure.
• Proven experience writing, reading, debugging, and maintaining Terraform code.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and automation development.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Datadog preferred).
• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines (preferred - Git Hub Actions).
• Strong understanding of Source control management (Git), Branching strategies, Release management, Infrastructure as Code practices, and Dev Sec Ops  methodologies.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and AI-assisted software development tools.
• Experience using AI tools to generate, optimize, review, and troubleshoot scripts.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Support applications hosted on AWS and Azure.
• Support cloud resource provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Terraform modules and infrastructure deployments.
• Build and maintain automation solutions using Python.
• Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions (preferable), Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or similar technologies.
• Leverage Agentic AI and modern AI technologies to automate operational workflows and support processes.
