Knowledge Management Specialist

We are seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to improve the quality, governance, organization, and searchability of enterprise knowledge across SharePoint Online, intranet platforms, and related content repositories.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, permissions, navigation, metadata, and web part
• Conduct content audits and improve content quality, structure, ownership, and findability
• Manage content review cycles, version control, archival, migration, and retirement
• Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, training materials, and support content
• Support site owners, SMEs, and content contributors through onboarding, troubleshooting, office hours, and monthly training
• Improve taxonomy, metadata, information architecture, enterprise search, and overall user experience

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of knowledge management, content strategy, intranet management, or digital workplace experience
• Hands-on SharePoint Online configuration and administration experience
• Strong knowledge of content governance and lifecycle management
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, information architecture, search, and content findability
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, training, and customer support skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

• Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Search, or search analytics
• Accessibility, UX, or user-centered content design experience
• Experience supporting a large enterprise intranet or distributed content environment
