Overview

Pepsi Co is seeking a Director, Digital Twin Strategy and Technical Product Delivery to organize and drive the end-to-end delivery of Pepsi Co's Digital Twin program across platform enablement and domain digital twin products in manufacturing and warehousing. This role ensures Digital Twin delivery operates as a cohesive, scalable product portfolio — enabling rapid expansion from initial deployments to repeatable, enterprise-grade rollouts that improve decision quality, operational performance, and time-to-value across the supply chain.

This leader owns the integrated delivery system connecting the Digital Twin platform roadmap with domain product roadmaps and site deployments, sequencing work streams such as site onboarding, environment provisioning, data/event integration readiness, model and scenario execution enablement, visualization/experience delivery, and operationalization so that manufacturing and warehousing twin deployments scale with consistency, reliability, and reuse. The role builds and continuously improves the program's delivery operating model — the cadence, governance, dependency management, escalation pathways, and release readiness gates required for predictable execution — and provides day-to-day execution leadership for the Technical Product Delivery Managers and Project Managers aligned to manufacturing and warehousing product lines.

The Director partners closely with the Digital Twin platform and domain product leaders (manufacturing, warehousing), plant and warehouse transformation leaders, and IT/OT, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and strategic partners/vendors (e.g., Siemens, Nvidia, Kinetic Vision, Sight Machine, Cognizant/HCL) to deliver a scalable, repeatable Digital Twin delivery capability that accelerates adoption, increases reuse, strengthens operational reliability, and reinforces Digital Twin as a durable enterprise capability.

Responsibilities

Digital Twin Delivery Strategy & Portfolio Management
  • Own the end-to-end integrated portfolio delivery plan across the Digital Twin platform, manufacturing twins, and warehousing twins, including roadmap-to-release translation, sequencing, capacity alignment, and milestone governance to ensure synchronized delivery across all work streams.
  • Enable productization through repeatable module and pattern development — capturing learnings from deployments, identifying recurring needs, and converting them into reusable capabilities that reduce one-off engineering and future rollout cycle time.
Delivery Operating Model & Governance
  • Establish and run the program delivery operating model — defining delivery cadence, standard artifacts, governance routines, release integration points, and escalation pathways to ensure predictable execution and fast decision-making.
  • Establish release readiness and quality gates across the portfolio, ensuring deployments meet defined criteria for reliability, security, performance, supportability, and operational adoption before go-live.
Partner & Vendor Delivery Coordination
  • Coordinate delivery alignment across internal teams and strategic partners, ensuring integrated milestones, shared dependencies, and delivery commitments are maintained across a multi-provider ecosystem and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery performance using metrics, retrospectives, and operational feedback loops to reduce cycle time, increase reliability, improve adoption readiness, and strengthen the overall delivery system.
Site Wave Planning & Scaled Execution
  • Drive site wave planning and execution at scale, including site readiness assessments, onboarding prerequisites, standardized deployment playbooks, cutover/hypercare models, and repeatable rollout patterns that reduce cycle time and increase consistency across deployments.
Cross-Workstream Dependency & Risk Management
  • Lead cross-workstream dependency and constraint management — integrating platform readiness, data and integration prerequisites, infrastructure/edge enablement, cybersecurity gating, simulation/model readiness, vendor deliverables, and operational adoption plans into a single critical path view.
