AEM Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including AEM,A Project Manager with AEM (functional knowledge only)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
• Maintain Jira boards and dashboards, ensuring transparency and progress tracking
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and Adobe SMEs to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including charters, roadmaps, RACI, and RAID logs
• Track and report project health and status to senior leadership and clients
• Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively
• Coordinate third-party vendors or Adobe teams when needed for solution delivery
• Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and a delivery-focused culture

• Deep understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud products: AEM, Analytics, Target, Workfront, AEP (RTCDP, CJA)
• Proven experience managing CMS or Mar Tech implementation projects
• Strong command of project management methodologies - PMP, Agile, Scrum
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• 7-10 years of experience in project management roles in digital marketing or CMS ecosystems
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects in Adobe or similar digital experience platforms
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed global teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certifications required
• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (AEM, Workfront, Analytics, AEP) are a strong plus
