Senior Technical Lead ​/ Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in database technologies, infrastructure automation, and software development. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in database platforms, infrastructure-as-code practices, automation frameworks, and modern Dev Ops methodologies. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture, development, automation, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms

• 8-10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in at least one major database platform:
• PostgreSQL
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle Database
• Equivalent relational database technologies
• Proven experience with:
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM/Bicep, etc.)
• Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt Stack, etc.)
• CI/CD Pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Scripting and Automation (Python, Power Shell, Shell Scripting)
• Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning, high availability, backup/recovery, and security concepts.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls within automated infrastructure deployments.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, Dev Ops, Database, or Infrastructure technologies.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can bridge development, database, and infrastructure disciplines while driving automation, operational efficiency, and engineering excellence across the organization.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale automation solutions.
• Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automation for provisioning, configuration management, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Provide technical leadership for application and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, cloud engineering, database administration, and operations teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Review code, enforce development best practices, and mentor engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving applications, databases, and infrastructure components.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and Dev Ops practices.

Base Salary Range : $130,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
