We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Now Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex Service Now implementations and solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive digital transformation through the Service Now platform.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable Service Now solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers.
- Customize and configure Service Now applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
- Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Stay current with Service Now releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now platform development and administration.
- 2+ years of experience delivering successful Service Now implementations in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and data models.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Junior: CSA, at least one CIS certification, and CAD.
- Intermediate: CSA, at least two CIS certifications, and CAD.
- Senior: CAS, at least three CIS certifications, and CAD.
