Job Description We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to help establish and scale a new SRE function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building SRE practices, defining SLIs/SLOs, and automating reliability operations and a proven ability to drive customer-centric reliability outcomes and communicate business impact with confidence. Responsibilities:
Stand up SRE practices from the ground up, including CUJ definition, SLI/SLO design, and error budget policies. Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability for critical user journeys. Facilitate blameless postmortems, define corrective actions, and drive reliability improvements. Develop automation and tooling to reduce toil using a programming language of choice. Create and maintain NALSD documentation and role-playing incident scenarios.

Partner with development and Dev Ops teams to embed reliability into delivery pipelines. Communicate reliability posture, risk, and priorities to business stakeholders with clarity. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Hands-on SRE experience establishing SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. Ability to code in at least one language and build automation or tooling. Experience facilitating blameless postmortems and incident response exercises. Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and alerting practices aligned to CUJs. Strong communication skills with the ability to present positions confidently to business partners. Background in software development or Dev Ops. Preferred

Skills:
