Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, Area Of Responsibility
  • Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid‑level and senior client representatives.
  • Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables.
  • Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness.
Your Contribution To The Team

  • Expertise in managing complex ERP projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

Required Skill And Experience
  • Experience in supply chain warehouse management (supply chain and demand chain) with emphasis on Warehouse Management systems.
  • Experience in application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of BY WMS.
  • Experience in working with any other WMS product will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in working with onsite‑offshore model and successful delivery of outcome with Global team.
  • Experience in managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.
  • Experience in delivering enterprise solution implementations and multi‑country rollouts.
Preferred Skill And Experience
  • Experience in driving pre‑sales process and proposal drafting.
  • Experience in Warehouse execution systems.
Additional

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
