Our client, a leading enterprise in the technology and communications sector, is seeking a Messaging Administrator (Contractor) to join their dynamic team. As a Messaging Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting enterprise messaging platforms, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence across diverse environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to support and troubleshooting, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title:Messaging Administrator (Contractor)
Pay Range:$70
What's the Job?- Provide operational, technical, and platform support for enterprise messaging technologies including IBM MQ, Confluent Kafka, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and TIBCO platforms.
- Ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments across Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Design, build, and administer messaging solutions, with a primary focus on IBM MQ.
- Support troubleshooting and diagnostics across distributed systems to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support production environments, ensuring continuous service availability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in messaging and middleware support roles.
- Hands-on experience with IBM MQ administration is required.
- Familiarity with Kafka, TIBCO Rendezvous, and TIBCO EMS platforms.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills across distributed systems.
