Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau. Strong SQL experience with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data. Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with minimal oversight. Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Job Description We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a cross-functional software platform developed by the IT organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can effectively collaborate across multiple teams.
Day to Day:
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Product teams to understand reporting and analytics needs. Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, KPIs, and visualizations. Work closely with developers, engineers, and data services teams to identify, access, and stitch together data from multiple sources. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize deliverables and support ongoing growth initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Support a rapidly scaling team by helping drive reporting, insights, and data-driven decision-making.
