IT Administrator II

CCIntegration Inc. is seeking an IT Administrator II to support and enhance our manufacturing and integration operations in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will administer Windows and Linux servers, maintain network and firewall infrastructure, and ensure high availability of systems supporting compute, storage, and network solution production. You will manage user accounts, security policies, backups, and patching, while monitoring performance and resolving incidents.

Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will partner with engineering and operations teams to support complex OEM/ODM integration projects and drive continuous improvement in reliability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, storage, and core IT services.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor backup, recovery, and patch management processes.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents and service requests.
• Harden systems and enforce IT security and compliance standards.
• Support manufacturing and integration teams with IT needs for lab and production environments.
• Document configurations, procedures, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration projects.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reliability, scalability, and security.
