SAP Technical Project Manager

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of Project Management experience with enterprise infrastructure programs. 5+ years of experience delivering SAP projects, including SAP S/4

HANA migrations. Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration, SAP S/4

HANA Architecture, and HANA Database Platforms. Knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud Services, Network, and Security Architecture.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end infrastructure activities for SAP S/4

HANA migration projects. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, SAP Basis, Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams. Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget. Plan and oversee infrastructure readiness for SAP S/4

HANA environments. Manage server, storage, network, database, and cloud infrastructure requirements. Coordinate provisioning and configuration of development, testing, staging, and production environments. Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities. Support migration strategies including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid approaches. Coordinate SAP ECC to S/4

HANA migration activities. Manage infrastructure cutover planning, system upgrades, and environment refreshes. Drive technical readiness assessments and migration rehearsals. Collaborate with cloud providers for hosting and migration activities. Ensure infrastructure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate identity and access management, backup, recovery, and cybersecurity controls. Identify and mitigate project risks and infrastructure dependencies. Provide regular status reporting to program leadership and executive stakeholders.

Facilitate steering committee meetings and technical governance reviews. Manage vendor relationships and service delivery commitments.
