AI Data Center Architect (AI Factory / GPU-as-a-Service)
Looking for a hands-on AI Data Center Architect with 4+ years of experience designing AI-focused infrastructure. This is not a traditional enterprise data center role. We need someone who has architected GPU clusters, AI factories, and GPU-as-a-Service platforms leveraging modern NVIDIA AI infrastructure.
Must-Have
Skills:
- AI Factory & GPU Infrastructure
- Architected enterprise or hyperscale AI Factories
- Designed GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale AI training and inference environments
- Strong understanding of LLM infrastructure and GenAI workloads
- NVIDIA Expertise (Mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of NVIDIA Enterprise Reference Architectures
- Experience with DGX, HGX, GB200, H200, Blackwell platforms
- NVIDIA AI Enterprise ecosystem Spectrum-X, Infini Band, NVLink, Blue Field DPUs
- GPU cluster sizing, performance optimization, and scaling
- AI Platform Architecture
- Kubernetes for AI workloads
- GPU scheduling and multi-tenancy
- MLOps / AI Platform engineering
- Distributed training infrastructure
- AI workload orchestration
- Networking & Storage
- AI networking (Infini Band, RoCE, 400G/800G fabrics)
- High-performance AI storage architectures
- Design for low-latency, high-throughput GPU clusters
Preferred Experience:
- Designed environments supporting 100+ GPUs
- Experience with on-prem AI Factories, Sovereign AI, or GPU Cloud offerings
- Worked with Azure/AWS/GCP AI infrastructure
- Customer-facing architecture and solutioning experience
What We Are NOT Looking For:
- Traditional data center architects focused on VMware, servers, storage, and legacy enterprise infrastructure
- General cloud architects without AI infrastructure experience
- Legacy networking or facilities-only architects
- Candidates whose experience is primarily operations rather than AI platform architecture
Ideal Profile:
Someone who can walk into a client discussion and architect an AI Factory from the ground up, including GPU infrastructure, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and GPU service offerings, rather than someone coming from a traditional data center modernization background.
