Overview:
8+ Years of SAP BPM developer experience
SAP BPM (or Process Orchestration) v7.x including the tracking of manual/long running business tasks that require human interventions (e.g., approvals) and creation of business rules that can be safely changed by business system users
Works with process team members and business users to review and understand process flows
Identifies user interface requirements and business rules that correspond to business requirements
Will also need to be hands-on in developing the solution
Experience in Architecting SAP Net Weaver BPM Development and Process Modeling
Experience in conducting Functional Design Specifications review sessions
Experience in drafting Technical Design Specifications document and subsequent delivery of the development object
Development experience using Java / J2EE technologies
Development experience in working with Web Dynpro Java for developing portal applications
BPM integration with SAP and Non-SAP - workflow modeling/development experience
BRM implementation experience for Workflows
Ideally completed at least two end to end BPM projects
Experience in user administration on the portal such as role assignment, group assignment, granting/revoking permissions, maintaining user attributes
Experience with SAP Net Weaver Technical design, configuring, development, problem solving & debugging
Good team player, strong team orientation, hardworking and enthusiastic.
Effective cross functional collaboration
Support conversions and migrations
Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance projects
Experience in creating service interfaces and schemas (WSDLs & XSDs)
Ability to work with stored procedures, database and SQL's
Knowledge of Medical Device industry and prior experience in regulatory environments is desirable
