Functional Description

Responsibilities

Students are afforded opportunities for beneficial, meaningful work experience within one of Pepsi Co's Strategy & Transformation teams. The Business Analyst role profile consists of:

  • Uses knowledge of business processes to analyze options, define requirements, and create functional designs for technology solutions to business problems.
  • Responsible for connecting the business needs with the technical teams to provide them the requirements.
  • Responsible for working closely with business partners to document business requirements and write user stories.
  • Utilize dashboard tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
Project Coordination

The Project Coordination role profile consists of:

  • Plans and manages the delivery of technology projects.
  • Using the latest agile/scrum methodologies, you will have the opportunity to utilize tools like Azure Dev Ops and Tableau/PowerBI.
Technical Skills

Understanding and usage of tools used during requirements gathering including full Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in:
Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, MIS or Software Engineering (other related majors may be considered). Minimum GPA 3.0. Technology related experience a plus. Ability to learn new technologies and processes information quickly. Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to participate in ten or twelve-week internship program May - August.

Minimum Qualifications

Each candidate is expected to:

  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Graduate with bachelor's or master's degree within one (1) year of internship completion.
Compensation

The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2027 campus intern openings is $21.09 - $44.40 hourly. Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions. Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable. We love to convert our interns to full-time opportunities!
