- Sr Technical Consultant - HAM to join our team in Any, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior Service Now Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex Service Now implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the Service Now platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable Service Now solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Customize and configure Service Now applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Stay current with Service Now releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Service Now platform development and administration.
• Proven track record of successful Service Now implementations in enterprise environments.
• 2+ Years Certifications (Required/Preferred):
  Junior – CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD Intermediate – CSA and at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD Senior – CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD

Skills &

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, Flow Designer, and Service Now Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.

-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [80 - 90 W2 hourly range]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
