Good Leap is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its Employee Technology Enablement team in the US and Mexico. In this role you will answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of our software and systems, providing level 2 help desk support when needed.
You should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with Windows 10 and MS Office, and have experience with AD/Office 365, Exchange, DNS, and virtual machines.
