SAP Accounting Operations Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid | 3-4 days onsite)

Pay: $60 - $75.86/hr.

• Round 1: 45‑minute Microsoft Teams video interview
• Round 2: 60‑minute onsite interview

This role supports the Accounts Payable (AP) Project team, focusing on SAP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. The SAP Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of SAP S/4

HANA solutions.

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand, document, and define requirements for SAP S/4
  
  HANA integrations and enhancements.
• Apply deep, hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA FI and SAP Fiori to support business processes.
• Participate in the full testing lifecycle:
  • Develop SAP test plans and test scripts.
  • Conduct system integration testing.
  • Document testing results.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Perform SAP interface file validations.
• Provide end‑user training and develop training documentation for newly implemented solutions.
• Collaborate effectively across teams with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA FI and SAP Fiori.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including:
  • Data export and analysis
  • Complex formulas
  • VLOOKUP
  • Conditional formatting
  • Macros
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document stakeholder requirements.

• Experience as an SAP Functional Analyst.
• Experience supporting Accounting teams.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
