Hunter Douglas is seeking an IT Analyst to support manufacturing and smart-home technology operations. In this role, you'll maintain and optimize business applications, troubleshoot system issues, and partner with production, engineering, and corporate teams to improve workflows. You'll analyze data, document requirements, coordinate enhancements with internal and external partners, and ensure system reliability on the plant floor and in office environments.
Ideal candidates blend technical aptitude, problem-solving, and clear communication in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot manufacturing and corporate business applications
- Analyze workflows and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Maintain and optimize ERP/MES and related systems for plant and office users
- Develop reports and queries to support data-driven decisions
- Coordinate system enhancements and upgrades with internal teams and vendors
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality
