Job Description We are seeking an experienced Dev Ex / Enterprise Platform Solution Architect to join our Developer Experience (Dev Ex) team focused on Git Hub and Git Hub Actions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dev Ops automation, enterprise software architecture, and delivery of resilient, high-volume platforms and a proven ability to lead solution design, execute hands-on proofs of concept, and guide cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and evolve Dev Ex standards, platforms, and tools with emphasis on Git Hub and Git Hub Actions. Lead solution design for integrated, high-volume, resilient applications across Linux and Windows environments. Perform hands-on proofs of concept to evaluate technologies, patterns, and automation approaches. Provide clear technical guidance to developers and engineers and communicate status to product and program leadership.

Partner with near-shore and off-shore teams, manage project meetings, and drive outcomes in an Agile environment. Advance platform governance to improve consistency, integration, automation, risk reduction, and quality. Implement security patterns including authentication, authorization, and encryption aligned to enterprise standards. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Broad solution design experience across Linux, Windows, Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, vendor packages, Tomcat/JBoss, and data analytics. Expertise with Dev Ops and CI/CD tooling:
Git Hub and Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible/Tower, Jira, Bitbucket/Git, Artifactory, Sonar Qube, Harness. Design and development for resilient, high-performance systems using caching, replication, load balancing, and clustering. Security knowledge for integrated systems including AAA, token-based authentication, OAuth/OIDC, and encryption. Proven delivery in Agile environments with strong organization, documentation, testing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with ownership mindset.

Hands-on experience with .NET or Java/J2EE, Power Shell, databases, and scripting. Preferred

Skills:

Bank of America environment experience and familiarity with the Horizon SDLC tool. Production experience with microservices and SOA tooling: API management, Kubernetes/Docker, service meshes/gateways, Swagger/OpenAPI.

Experience with Agile methodologies and associated tooling.

Experience with modern web UI frameworks such as Angular or React. Role Details:
