This role is responsible for the overall strategy and execution for all IT computer systems, applications, tools, and networks across all Pop Stroke venues and corporate locations. You'll collaborate across departments to implement processes and systems to support the accelerating growth of Pop Stroke.

• Manage and support IT tools and services which include Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack.
• Lead IT initiatives and projects, aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals.
• Deploy remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions across devices and servers, mobile device management (MDM) solutions, and end point security solutions.
• Own the procurement and provisioning of computers, and other technical hardware.
• Oversee daily operations of service help desk requests, account provisioning, and implement automation across systems and applications.
• Implement and maintain real‑time monitoring and alerting for critical infrastructure (Meraki Dashboard, SNMP tools, etc.).
• Assist with the design, deployment, and management of complex network environments, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless systems across multi‑site operations.
