We're partnering with a growing organization to find a Marketing Technology & Email Communications Coordinator who can manage critical email communications, support marketing technology platforms, and help improve marketing workflows in Plano, Texas.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of email marketing and can confidently manage campaigns from setup through deployment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Build, format, test, schedule, and deploy email communications using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Mass Mailer
- Manage recurring and time-sensitive email campaigns from preparation through final send
- Perform detailed pre-send QA, including audience selection, segmentation, links, images, personalization, disclosures, and mobile and desktop display
- Maintain email templates, recipient lists, suppression preferences, and campaign records
- Troubleshoot email delivery, formatting, CRM data, and marketing technology issues
- Support landing pages, marketing forms, event registrations, automation workflows, and basic campaign reporting
- Identify opportunities to create, improve, and optimize marketing workflows and processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and email marketing technology
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mass Mailer, Pardot, or a similar marketing automation platform
- Strong email campaign execution, testing, and quality assurance skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and quickly learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring deadlines - A proactive problem solver who can adapt to change and recommend workflow improvements
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Salesforce and email marketing automation experience
