AI Operations Manager TopSkills:
The AI Operations Manager will lead the automation of MX (Mobile) Sales Data, Survey Data, coordination, content creation and distribution, KPI reporting, and Retail data analysis through AI-driven workflows. This role will eliminate manual inefficiencies, deliver real-time cross-functional visibility, and accelerate decision-making to strengthen execution for the MX Insights Analytics team.
Responsibilities:- Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate our current data sources with ETL streams.
- Develop and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
- Generate AI-enabled insights using data from a variety of sources to enhance data-driven decisions.
- Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
- Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Cline, OpenAI, Copilot, Deep Seek) and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of retail operations.
- Ability to look at data and analyze to build key insights.
- Curious mindset with strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Skills:
- Experience in retail operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, System Integration, and distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.
