We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Omni Studio
. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and ensure solutions align with business and enterprise requirements.
- Lead Salesforce solution architecture, design, and implementation across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Omni Studio.
- Develop solution designs, business process maps, data models, and architectural documentation.
- Define and optimize Salesforce security, sharing, data architecture, automation, and integration patterns
. - Provide expertise in Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Platform, APIs, and integrations
. - Design scalable solutions while considering Salesforce governor limits, performance, and platform best practices
. - Drive Dev Ops and CI/CD practices using tools such as Copado
. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- 15+ years of Salesforce experience
, including 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role
. - Strong hands‑on expertise with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Omni Studio
. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, data model, security model, and sharing architecture
. - Strong experience with Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, integrations, and automation design patterns
. - Experience with Dev Ops/deployment tools such as Copado
. - Strong understanding of platform limits, performance optimization, and scalability
. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
.
- Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect
