We are seeking a Technology Support Analyst to provide end-to-end production and application support for critical business applications. The role focuses on maintaining application stability, resolving production issues, and ensuring seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/5 production support for critical applications used by global Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) users
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
- Manage and elevate incidents, problems, and changes.
- Collaborate with Development, SRE, Infrastructure, AIOps, and business teams.
- Support trading, client onboarding, and operational applications.
- Communicate issues and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues and help implement long-term solutions.
Required Skills
- Application or Production Support experience
- SQL
- Scripting and Unix Shell Scripting
- Service Now
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Documentation and communication skills
- Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
- Financial services or trading application experience
- Experience with enterprise applications, monitoring, or AIOps
- Understanding of application infrastructure and production environments
