Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Network / System Engineer III to join their team. As a Network / System Engineer III, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting critical IT operations. • Design, deploy, and maintain No
  
  SQL database clusters on Linux operating systems used across various applications.
• Manage and support multiple development, QA, and production environments for No
  
  SQL databases such as Cassandra, Single Store, Cockroach DB, and Redis.
• Implement and optimize distributed database solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts and automation tools to streamline database operations and system administration tasks.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for database and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in managing No
  
  SQL databases such as Cassandra, Single Store, Cockroach DB, Redis, etc.
• Strong background in Dev Ops practices and scripting languages like Python, Shell, and Ansible.
• Experience supporting distributed database environments in a production setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
