IT Business Analyst

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Serve as a key member of an Agile delivery team supporting merchant capabilities and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, data mapping, and system interaction analysis.
• Refine backlogs and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify and manage dependencies across multiple integrated systems and facilitate issue resolution.

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology delivery initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and cross-application dependencies.
• Experience with complex systems, API (JSON or SOAP), and data mapping, especially in order management applications.
