As a Property & Casualty Producer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of fostering robust client relationships and driving sales growth. This position requires a blend of strategic customer service acumen and advanced problem-solving skills to craft tailored insurance solutions for complex real estate investments. You will collaborate closely with our sister company, Crebrid LLC, and will be responsible for managing insurance policies, working with investors, and engaging with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Your efforts will help ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients and contribute to the overall success of the company.

• Policy Management - Produce, present and explain insurance options, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and manage claims submissions accurately
• Client Relations - Build and maintain professional relationships, provide expert advice, and support clients through all policy stages
• Documentation - Prepare and send necessary documents to customers and lien holders, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Sales Development - Generate leads through networking and referrals, assess customer needs, and promote insurance products effectively
• Target Achievement - Meet and exceed sales targets through new sales, renewals, cross-selling, and strategic customer retention initiative
• Administrative Support - Manage phone calls, prepare reports, conduct research, and collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
• Financial Management - Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and verify daily financial reports across all policy types
• Data Accuracy & Compliance - Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM systems
• Lender Coordination - Work closely with our lender on lender-placed policies.

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with insurance software systems
• Strong organizational skills and precision in documentation

• An active Property & Casualty License
• Previous experience in the insurance policy management industry; or a related field

• Property & Casualty License; or willing to obtain within ninety (90) days of hire date. Upon successful completion of required licensing within the ninety (90) days of hire date, compensation may be adjusted in accordance with company policy and role requirements.
