Account Executive

Overview

Senior Account Executive — full-time on-site role located in Plano, TX. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining workflows, including conducting insurance policy reviews, loss runs requests, policy issuance, file documentation, quoting renewal business, billing/collections and providing exceptional customer service. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with a team of insurance professionals to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

• Maintain workflows, including conducting insurance policy reviews, loss runs requests, policy issuance, file documentation, quoting renewal business, billing/collections and providing exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with a team of insurance professionals to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

• Minimum of High School or equivalent education with some college preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in a Senior Account Executive role or related field in excess and surplus lines insurance
• Experience in the insurance industry is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must hold or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses in the future
